Account Manager

We are looking for individuals who share our vision and are eager to contribute to our mission of expanding our market presence, enhancing brand recognition, and penetrating new markets.

Overview of Key Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships: Develop and sustain key day-to-day relationships with existing clients through regular interactions via phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Prepare client quotations: Generate accurate and timely quotations for allocated NextFleet clients.
  • Manage vehicle orders: Oversee the processing and follow-up of vehicle orders/deliveries for allocated NextFleet clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Adhere to both clients agreed and NextFleet internal KPIs, ensuring compliance within the service level agreements.
  • Preparation of reports and dashboards: Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards upon immediate and/or senior management requests.
  • Share best practices: Work closely with counterparts to ensure that all best practices are shared and implemented.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure all customer orders are compliant and meet the required standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilise your internal network to support day-to-day situations that may arise.
  • Engagement: Work closely with Client Relationship Managers of any allocated clients.
  • Assist in business proposals: Help provide any support with proposals for new business and share involvement when Client Account reviews for existing clients are being conducted.

Let’s hear about You!

  • Proven track record in Client Account Management within the Fleet Management and Leasing or aligned automotive industry.
  • Highlight your sales skills with an ability to initiate and create positive outcomes for clients.
  • Have excellent presentation skills and be a great communicator.
  • Show resilience and have an ability to lead and inspire others.
  • Account Management/Customer service.
  • Highlight your knowledge of Intermediate level of MS Office programs (specifically, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of Open Drivers Licence
